What we collect
Your name, email address, delivery address and phone number when you order, and the files you upload. Payment details go to Stripe and never reach us.
What it's used for
Making and delivering your order, sending order updates, and replying when you get in touch. Nothing else unless you tick the box for occasional notes from the workshop.
Files
Uploaded files are read in your browser to produce a price. They are sent to us only when you ask for a quote to be saved or an order to be placed. They are deleted 30 days after the last order that used them, or sooner if you ask.
Who sees it
Nobody outside the business, except the services that make it work: Stripe for payment, Royal Mail for delivery, Resend for email, and Vercel and Supabase for hosting. None of them use your data for anything else.
