Who we are
3DPL Ltd is a company registered in England and Wales. Our registered office address and company number are available on request and appear on every invoice. These terms apply to every order placed through 3dprintlpl.co.uk.
Quotes and prices
The price shown by the quote tool is an estimate worked out from the geometry of your file, the material you choose and the layer height. It is confirmed after the file has been sliced. If the confirmed price is lower, the difference is refunded. If it is higher, we will ask you before going ahead, and you may cancel for a full refund. Prices include VAT unless stated otherwise.
Your files
You confirm that you have the right to have the file printed. We do not share your files or photograph your parts for publicity without asking. Files are deleted 30 days after the last order that used them, or sooner if you ask.
Printing and quality
Every file is checked before printing. Printed parts are accurate to roughly 0.2 mm in the horizontal plane and 0.1 mm vertically. Parts are supplied with supports removed and edges tidied unless a different finish has been agreed.
Delivery and collection
Dispatch dates shown at checkout are targets, not guarantees. Delivery is by Royal Mail tracked services. Collection is from Liverpool city centre by appointment.
Returns and reprints
If a part is faulty because of our printing, we will reprint it or refund it, your choice. If the fault comes from the file, we will quote a reprint at a discount. Because every part is made to order, we cannot accept returns for change of mind.
Payment
Payment is taken in full at checkout through Stripe. We do not see or store card details. Business customers with an agreed account may pay by invoice within 30 days.
Liability
Our liability for any order is limited to the price paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or anything else that cannot be limited by law.
