Rapid prototyping in Liverpool
A 3D printed prototype in your hands within two or three working days, from about £8 for a palm-sized part. Upload the file, see the price straight away, and talk to the person who prints it if you need to.
What you get
A price before you commit
The quote tool reads your file in the browser and gives you a number. No form that goes quiet for three days.
A human check of every file
Your model is opened in the slicer and looked at. Thin walls, floating geometry, features that won't resolve at the layer height you chose. If something's off, you get an email before anything is printed.
Iterations without the ceremony
Send version two as soon as you have it. Reorders of the same file take thirty seconds.
Honest material advice
If you ask for ABS and PETG would be better, you'll be told. If a feature won't print well on this process at all, you'll be told that too, and pointed somewhere that can do it.
Who this is for
Engineers and product designers
Form and fit checks, enclosures for development boards, jigs for the bench. Usually PETG or PLA at 0.2 mm, sometimes 0.12 mm for a client demo.
Students and researchers
Final year projects, lab fixtures, parts for rigs. There's a discount with a university email address.
Makers and small businesses
A housing for a product you're testing, a replacement part, or a short run to see whether people will buy it before you tool up.

Questions people ask before ordering
Can you print from a drawing or a sketch instead of a model?
Yes, within reason. Send a dimensioned sketch or a photo with measurements. Simple parts cost £30 to £60 to model, and you'll be told the figure before any work starts.
How accurate are the parts?
Typically within 0.2 mm in the horizontal plane and 0.1 mm vertically. Holes come out slightly undersized, so say if a fit matters and it'll be compensated for.
Is my design kept confidential?
Yes. Files aren't shared and parts aren't photographed for the site without asking. If you need an NDA signed first, send it over.
Can I collect instead of paying for delivery?
Yes. Choose collection at checkout and you'll get an email when it's ready. Liverpool city centre, by appointment.
Based in Liverpool, printing for the whole UK
If you're in Merseyside you can collect in person. Everyone else gets Royal Mail tracked, usually two working days after dispatch. Most of this work comes from Liverpool, Manchester, Chester and the Wirral, but there's nothing local about the post.
